Bill, you do not want attachments on a list. I would not even
worry about it. It is just better to send it the the recipients
direct than it is to try to handle it over the list. All it does
is make the list server go slower. Most servers will not even
handle attachments.

HTML is a even bigger no-no, it eats up way too much bw, just take
a look at a message in text and then look at the same thing in HTML
it is totally unrealistic in terms of size difference.

Perhaps we can set up a ftp server or something then you just tell
people where to go to get the link. That could be a better solution.
