[FADCA] Hotel for SEOC meeting

I look forward to working with you, Doug. We have needed to
do this for some time.  I am excited about what Chuck is
working on and hope we can soon have the integration of
AX.25 X.121 and the internet as well as HF.

In the meantime we can re develop the RF connections to
Tallahassee from Gainesville/Ft White and Jacksonville to
connect the rest of the state network.
