[FADCA] Hotel for SEOC meeting

Below is a list of hotels that Russ sent me. I did some looking around and 
found a Best Western for $49.00 a night. They have openings right now. If 
someone can find a cheaper room please put it out on the list for everyone.

If no one comes up with a cheaper room in the next few days then I think we 
should try and plan for the same hotel so we can all be together.
