Great news. This kind of demonstration is what we need. The
integration of VHF, HF and Internet is the kind of
communications support I have been talking about. I will be
discussing this with Bud by phone.

demonstration for tomorrow's show at the Deltona EOC. For
the HF WL2K/Airmail test I prepared a short note addressed
to the FADCA email group with cc: to John Fink, the contact
at the EOC who was working with us. Six minutes after I
finished linking with WB5KSD near Dallas on 20M, John came
walking down the hall with a printed copy of the message.

arrived just a few minutes ago here on my e-mail. I realize
now that the input to the fadca mailman was not from my
normal e-mail but from [email protected] which is not
registered on fadca. I was surprised that it came through
at all... bet Bill did it- Thanks, Bill.

It is too high to use on 30, but great on 20m. I'll be
meeting with the City later this week to discuss antennas at
the new EOC - we'll have a better HF wire then.

1020 and 1050 EST. Three others we tried were probably busy
on other frequencies.
