*Minutes for the Meeting on March 26th, 2021 (via Zoom)*

*Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)*

The Meeting was held on Zoom. Called to order by President Vic K2NBC at 
8:08 pm. Welcome to Bill, newest member.Very happy to have him on board.**

February minutes have been sent.

Dan motioned; Bill seconded.

*Treasurer Report*

*Dan* – Everything is fine.Not having meetings so only income is dues.We 
are doing well with dues.1/2020 $X 1/2021 $X. Insurance July General 
Liability Insurance, August Equipment Insurance.At an average meeting we 
used to bring in $X per meeting.Nothing to be worried about.May not get 
back into the building until into the summer or later.May get revenue 
from a Hamfest if it happens. Dues just about cover the Verizon Internet 
(about $X).Our bank has not been charging us a monthly service fee.

*Correspondence* –

*Bill K.* - Received an envelope from Drew’s wife.In Memory card from 
Drew’s Wife. “Love is a patient and kind, life does not envy or boast it 
is not irritable or resentful. Love bears all things, believes all 
things…” Corinthians from McCriskin funeral home.It also included 
pamphlet from service.

*Committee Reports*

*Technical -
Len* – Had to reboot to fix audio issues as normal.His repeater is 
running the new ASL beta 6.Had problem getting email working, he and 
Kevin had problems with Echolink.But seems to be working now. We are 
staying with older version 2017 until the new version is well tested.The 
220 antenna is hanging upside down, but seems to be working well.
*Pete*- 220 is on the Rhode Island digital hum full time.It combines 
many different digital modes.Wyn System Technical Net - Fridays 9:30 pm. 
DMR 31444 .

*New Business.*

*Nominating Committee* – Sent announcement about nominations.No 
responses.Existing officers have agreed to serve again.

Pete – *RVRC July 10 if all goes well, subject to change without notice 
(from Marvin)*.
William C. – *Will assist with VE session at the RVRC Hamfest.Will get 
Drew’s VE Box from Larry for the event.
*Bill K.* – The facility keys that Drew had have been found he will 
retrieve the keys as weather permits.*
Pete – A*sked about picnic*Vic- *Usually February or March we reserve a 
space.**He will ask.

*Health and Welfare*

*Bill K. - *Drew’s family wants to be kept informed of Club events.

*Pete*- Offered Birthday wishes for Victor, who turned 68 on 3/XX/2021.
