Message-ID: <000001d767f7$ca0160f0$5e0422d0$@cjd77.com> We are phasing out this email list. We will eventually stop sending meeting announcements to this list. Please join our new Groups.io email list ( https://groups.io/g/ETSNJ ) if you have not already done so. The new list replaces our old email list. Topic: ETSNJ Zoom Monthly Meeting Time: Jun 25, 2021 08:00 PM You can use the same Zoom link we have used before. If you don't have the link join our private email list https://groups.io/g/ETSNJ as the link has been posted there. Chris Demers KD2PMP ETSNJ Secretary From vpennetta at pennetta.com Thu Jun 24 23:16:05 2021 From: vpennetta at pennetta.com (Victor Pennetta) Date: Fri, 25 Jun 2021 03:16:05 +0000 Subject: [ETS/PARC List] Reminder of tomorrow's ETS club meeting Message-ID: Fellow ETS Club Members, Sending this meeting reminder a little late tonight but I just got home from work a short time ago. Been busy as most of the school districts are needing help identifying what HVAC equipment or systems they can upgrade with the next round of money they will be receiving shortly. Now back to our meeting tomorrow night. Hopefully everyone has the monthly zoom meeting links that Chris, KD2PMP has previously sent out. If not just contact Chris or me and we will provide you with the link. I understand that Dan, KC2YRC is feeling much better and will be hosting the meeting from his QTH. I encourage everyone to try to attend this meeting as we have many things to go over. With most people vaccinated we are now seeing more and more people comfortable attending in-person meetings. Additionally almost all municipal facilities are now open to the public. Some of the items we need to address: 1. Making arrangements with the new Clark Emergency Management Coordinator to again have our monthly meeting at the Clark Municipal building starting in July. 2. As Chris suggested, do we have an in-person meeting in Clark and simultaneously also have a Zoom meeting for those members who cannot attend or perhaps are not comfortable attending an open meeting yet. 3. With the RVRC hamfest coming up on July 10th, will ETS have a club table. 4. Determine what other club members are planning to sell at the hamfest and want their own space. Normally we try to have everyone next to each other. 5. If we do have a club table, a few volunteers will be needed to help work the club table. Sometimes for just short periods of time to allow other club members to get around and check out the other sellers. 6. Getting all members to join our new Groups.io email list ( https://groups.io/g/ETSNJ ). 7. Obtaining feedback from the members on what type of programs we should now plan to have at our meetings or perhaps some members would be willing to do a show and tell on some gear they have in their shack. Just some food for thought. Looking forward to seeing everyone via Zoom at 8:00 pm tomorrow night. 73, Victor, K2NBC President, ETS of NJ
