[ETS/PARC List] drew

My fellow ETS members,

I received the terrible news from Bill,W2WK that one of our beloved members Drew, W2OU became a SK sometime this morning. I am not ashamed to say that I shed some tears when I found out. I am in total disbelief. Drew gave so much back to our hobby, even when he was going thru some very tough times with his health issues. Such a kind and soft spoken friend that I am happy to have known for so many years.

I remember the first time Cheryl met Drew and his wife. It was at Snuffy's many years ago at a one of the ETS holiday parties. We sat at the table exactly across from Drew and his wife. Even though Cheryl did not know anyone from the club, Drew took her under his wings and made her feel right at home. We shared a few good stories and some good laughs that day. Drew had that effect on everyone who knew him.

We pray for Drew's wife and his family.
