*Minutes for the Meeting on April 30th, 2021 (via Zoom)*

*Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)*

The Meeting was held on Zoom. Called to order by President Vic K2NBC 
around 8:10 pm. **

February minutes were sent shortly after the last meeting.
Dave motioned; Len seconded.

*Treasurer Report*

*Dave* – (Reporting for Dan) We are still solvent.

*Correspondence* – None.

*Committee Reports*

*Technical -
Len* – Both repeaters are working fine.

*Nominating Committee* – Chris F. Makes a motion to renominate existing 
officers.Chris D. KD2PMP votes in favor.No votes against.Motion passes.

*Old Business *

*Picnic – Victor -*They were not accepting reservations, but state rules 
changed, so we will try again.
*RVRC* *Hamfest* – We will have a club table.Victor will send an email 
with more information. Scheduled for Saturday 7/10/2021.

*New Business.*

*Scholarship Fund in memory of Drew – *Proposed**by Dick WA2SBS*.* Funds 
offer scholarships around $500- $10,000, or around 4% of the fund 
value.Questions of eligibility.ARRL could manage it (they charge a 
management fee).
*Larry *- Suggests a written proposal.
*Victor* – We may be able to put together a committee.*

Health and Welfare*

*Dan – *In hospital.Expects to be discharged soon.*

Comments*

*Phil* - Asked about Director position.

*Question about in-person meetings*.We need to talk to Clark OEM and 
poll membership to see what we are comfortable with.

*Ron* – He is moving and wants to get rid of some Equipment.
