[ETS/PARC List] WIN System Tech Net

    Hello all

    There has been problems in the past regarding this Tech net we used to
air.Now they completely renovated their servers to accommodate more traffic
so there are no more dropouts&had this net linked up to my repeater last
Friday night with no issues.I think we should give it a go

    Tonight 22:00 this tech net will air on the K2ETS Two meter
repeater.Please no echolink  connections.The control operators frown on
this&If they see an echolink connection to our repeater they will drop our
link.Cooperation is appreciated.
