[ETS/PARC List] Using "Zoom"

      Hi Guys/Gals

  Since meetings are pretty much out of the question,we could try the app
called  "Zoom."This app is free&is also available online.You can see each
other&interact with each other at the same time.

  Its been demonstrated to me&it works great!

 If you want to participate by phone, download the Zoom app from either the
App Store (Apple) or The Play Store (Android).  The app is free.  It has a
blue icon with a white camera inside.  At the time of the meeting someone
has to send an email out with an invite simply click on the link from the
email and you will be brought to the meeting.  Your phone will open the app
automatically if you click on the link in an email.  You may have to give
permission for Zoom to access your camera and mike once the app is open.
Do that and you will be able to join.In the email, the link is found below
the words "Join Zoom Meeting."  You will be able to see you and hear you
through your phone's camera and mike.

    If you want to join from your laptop, you simply click on the link in
an email.An should take you right to the meeting.  Your laptop's webcam and
microphone will allow you to participate.  Again, the link is found below
the words Join Zoom Meeting.  Simply click those words.

   I would imagine from a tablet the same procedure applies.

    I think this would work out very well.There are you tube vids out that
should clarify any doubts
