Minutes for the Meeting on March 27th, 2020
Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:00
PM.  Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the meeting was held on the K2ETS
Repeater. To start the meeting, Vic called for meeting attendees to check
in.

Meeting Minutes
Minutes for the February meeting were successfully emailed. A correction
was made  to the list of meeting attendees – John KD2IKS was added.  A
motion was made by K2WLR and seconded by KD2ARB to accept them.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC. No dollar amounts were mentioned
over the air. The Treasurer reported that we are solvent.

A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by WB2HKK to accept the Treasurer's
Report. This was approved by the membership.

Correspondence
Some QSL card were received from the bureau.

Technical Report
Repeaters are working OK. The backup repeater was re-installed and a
“booster” amp was installed. The clicking problem on the audio seems to be
gone and the 220 MHz repeater is OK.

Old Business
Nominations Committee – Slate of Officers was read. K2NBC will continue as
President and KC2YRC will continue as Treasurer. K2WLR has accepted
nomination for Vice President and KD2PMP accepted nomination as Secretary.

The K2ETS Picnic is currently scheduled for the last Sunday in August –
August 30th.

New Business – KD2ARB proposed the possibility of holding future meetings
on Zoom, and mentioned the benefits.

Health and Welfare
Joe W2OZO asked about the current status of Don K2DSV – W2OIL and KC2YRC
volunteered to find out.
