Minutes for the Meeting on July 26th, 2019
Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:09
PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then
by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

Meeting Minutes
Minutes for the June meeting were successfully emailed. A motion was made
by KC2YRC and seconded by N2JUN to accept them.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.
Opening Balance - $XXXX.69
Income -   50/50s - $XX, Coffee Kitty - $X
Deposit - $XX.00
Disbursements -  $XX.00 Bank Service Fee , $XXX.00 Insurance Premium Payment
Closing Balance - $ XXXX.69 –  so we are $XXX.13 “ahead” compared  to last
year.
A motion was made by K2DSV and seconded by KB2LLM to accept the Treasurer's
Report. This was approved by the membership.

Correspondence
None

Technical Report
Repeaters are working OK. The 2 Meter repeater was down for a couple of
days after an electrical storm.Had to log back into Asterisk to get the
restart the Computer
The 220 Repeater is being tweaked to improve the audio, will be
re-installed soon.
The back up UPS's at the hospital site are missing.

Picnic Committee – Sunday, August 25th $10 for individuals, $15 for
families – time is Noon to whenever.

New Business – None

Health and Welfare
Don K2DSV is home, doing well and will be at the picnic.
