Minutes for the Meeting on September 27th, 2019
Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:08
PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then
by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

Meeting Minutes
Minutes for the July meeting were successfully emailed. A motion was made
by W2OIL and seconded by N2JUN to accept them.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.
Opening Balance - $XXXX.69
Income -   50/50 - $XX.00,  Coffee Kitty - $X, Picnic Revenue – 50/50
$XX.00, RSVPs $XXX.00
Deposit - $XXX.00
Disbursements -  $XX.00 Bank Service Fee ,  Verizon Payment(s) $XX.78,
$XX.75,  Annual Report Form $XX.50, Reimbursement to WB2HKK $XX.00, Mercer
Consumer $XX.00
Closing Balance - $ XXXX.69 –  so we are $XX.60 “ahead” compared  to last
year.
A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by KC2PI to accept the Treasurer's
Report. This was approved by the membership.

Correspondence
None

Technical Report
Repeaters are working well. Backup repeater was offline. The Tech Net will
not be run on Friday evenings anymore.

Old Business – Thanks were given to Dave and Dan for the superb K2ETS
picnic.

New Business – The Christmas Party will be held on December 6th at 7:00 PM
Martin WN2SJL donated a PalStar antenna analyzer to the club. It is
available for member's use / or possible sale.

Health and Welfare
Don K2DSV is back home, but will be continuing his treatments.

Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 PM  Motioned by N2JUN and KC2YRC  50/50
was won by KB2LLM - $26.00
