*Minutes for the Meeting on April 26th 2019Electronic Technology Society of
New Jersey (ETS of NJ)*

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:03
PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then
by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

*Meeting Minutes*
The minutes from the March meeting were successfully e-mailed. A motion was
made by N2JUN and W2OIL to waive the reading of the minutes. The motion
passed unanimously.

*Treasurer’s Report*
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.
Opening Balance - $    XXXX.12
Income -   50/50 - $XX,  Coffee Can  $XX.00, Member dues  $XX.00
Deposit - $XX.00
Regular Disbursements -  $XX.00 Bank Service Fee , $XX.17 Verizon Payment
Closing Balance - $XXXX.95–  so we are $XXX.47 “ahead” compared  to last
year.
A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by WB2HKK to accept the Treasurer's
Report. This was approved by the membership.

*Correspondence*
QSL Cards and an e-mail to K2NBC that Bill Russel was unable to attend the
April meeting.

*Technical Report*
Everything is working fine. New 220 MHz repeater still needs to be
installed.

*Old Business*
Elections – No further nominations were made. Secretary cast one ballot.
Officers and Trustees remain in office for 2019. Announcement was made by
W2OIL that new officers are truly needed for 2020.
RVRC Hamfest – Volunteers are needed to man the K2ETS Club Table.

*New Business*
W2LJ ansd K2VHW announced SPARC's upcoming special event station and Field
Day plans. All are invited. Operators are needed for Field Day.

*Health and Welfare*
Drew W2OU was due to return home on April 28th.

*Adjournment*
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by N2JUN and was seconded by
KD2ARB The meeting was adjourned at 9:16 PM
50/50 -  was won by K2NBC and was donated back to the club.
