Minutes for the Meeting on June 28th, 2019

Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)



The Meeting was called to order by   President Vic , K2NBC at 8:13 PM on 
June 28, 2019.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of 
Allegiance and then by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

Meeting Minutes

As the minutes of the May 2019 meeting were successfully e-mailed to the 
membership, the formal reading was waived. A motion was made by WB2HKK 
and was seconded by KC2PI. The motion was adopted by the membership.

Treasurer’s Report

Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.

Opening Balance $xxxxxx
Income – 50/50 $xxxxx, Coffee Kitty $xxxx, Dues $xxxxx, Hamfest 
$xxxxxxx 
Disbursement –  Bank Service Fee $xxxxx, Verizon $xxxxxx
Closing Balance - $xxxxxxx 
A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by W2OU to accept the 
Treasurer's Report. This was approved by the membership.

Correspondence

NONE

Technical Report

Rich WB2HKK  gave the technical report – Everything running fine just 
basic maintenance, new NJ warnings will be added to the repeater. Old 
repeaters sold at the hamfest and money donated to club.

Presentations

Len WB2HKK gave a slide show and demonstration on scanner radios and 
software

Old Business

The cost for the picnic will be $10.00 for individuals. $15.00 total for 
entire family…. Len will bring music reel- reel

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:00 PM by W2VFW and was 
seconded by KB2LLM
