[ETS/PARC List] K2ETS Picnic RSVP Update 2

Fellow club members, family and guests,

I want to thank Dan, KC2YRC for keeping everyone up to date regarding the club's annual picnic this coming Sunday.  It is important that we have an accurate head count for the food and refreshments.  I know that in the past a few members sometimes wait until a day or so before the picnic, pending the weather report, to confirm their attendance.  Well I am happy to say that this Sunday the humidity will be low and the temperature is reported to be in the mid-70s.  Just perfect for a picnic and getting together with fellow member and their families.  

Dave, Dan and myself welcome anyone who wants to show up early to help with moving / setting up the tables, doing some minor cleanup if necessary, and setting up the rigs and antennas.  Maybe you have a portable antenna you would like to setup and try out in the park.  Looking forward to seeing everyone this Sunday.

Start time 11:00 am - 4:00pm


Cost is

$10.00 for a individual

or

$15.00 total for you and a guest

or

$15.00 total for a family

As always ETS will provide main dishes(ex:hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, salad)

and soda and water and coffee will be provided...


When you RSVP back if you would like to bring a dessert or a side dish please note with your

response so we do not double up on items.
