Minutes for the Meeting on March 29th, 2019
Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:06
PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then
by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

Meeting Minutes
Minutes for the January meeting were successfully emailed. A motion was
made by N2JUN and seconded by K2DSV to accept them.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.
Opening Balance - $XXXX.41
Income -   50/50s - $XX (100% Donation by KC2PI), Coffee Kitty - $X,
Members Dues  $XXX.00
Deposit - $XXX.00
Regular Disbursements -  $XX.00 Bank Service Fee , $XX.29 Verizon Payment
Closing Balance - $XXXX.12–  so we are $XXX.19 “ahead” compared  to last
year.

A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by K2DSV to accept the Treasurer's
Report. This was approved by the membership.

Correspondence
None.

Technical Report
Repeaters are working OK. The 220 repeater will be pulled for maintenance.
Some older equipment will be sold or scrapped

Old Business
Nominations Committee – Slate of Oficers  reamins unchanged
K2ETS will have a table at the RVRC Hamfest. Volunteers will ne needed to
man the table..

New Business – Dave Beardskey sold HamThreads. The new owner will keep the
embroidery scans and will continue business as usual. It was decided that
everyone will pace their own orders as necessary.

Tim Koeth (K0ETH) resumed a role as professor and researcher at his
University.

Health and Welfare
Jdrew W2OU was expected to come home on April 2nd..
