*Minutes for the Meeting on June 29th, 2018*
*Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)*

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:12
PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then
by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

*Meeting Minutes*
Minutes for the January meeting were successfully emailed. A motion was
made by N2JUN and seconded by W2OU to accept them.

*Treasurer’s Report*
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.
Opening Balance - $XXXX.52
Income -   50/50s - $XX (100% donation by W2WK), Coffee Kitty - $3, Hamfest
Income $XXX.00
Deposit - $XXX.00
Disbursements -  $XX.00 Bank Service Fee , $XX.98 Verizon Payment
Closing Balance - $ XXXX.54 –  so we are $XXX.59 “ahead” compared  to last
year.
A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by K2DSV to accept the Treasurer's
Report. This was approved by the membership.

*Correspondence*
K2ETS QSL Cards, and an invitation to the NNJ ARRL Division Manager's
Meeting

*Technical Report*
Repeaters are working OK. The 220 MHz repeater is on Len's bench, being
tested.  Len is also working on the stand by 2 Meter repeater.

*Picnic Committee* – Park permit has been secured for August 26. There will
be no August meeting as that's the Friday before the picnic.

*Old Business* – W2OIL thanked all the members who lent a hand at the RVRC
Hamfest. The ETS Wednesday net will resume in September on a once-a-month
basis to start.

*New Business* – Chris KD2PMP was voted in unanimously.  Don K2DSV mentined
he could use some help sorting and archiving the ETS Club Logbook and
archiving received QSL cards.

*Health and Welfare*
Drew W2OU was at the meeting after recovering from a bout of food poisoning.

*Adjournment*
The meeting was adjourned at 9:16 PM  Motioned by N2JUN and W2VFW
50/50 – Won by Lenny WB2HKK – All donated back to the club.
