Members,

Even though tomorrow evening is the Christmas Party and there is no
official meeting, here are the September minutes for your approval.

*Minutes for the Meeting on October 26th, 2018*
*Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)*

The Meeting was called to order by  President Vic Pennetta, K2NBC at 8:08
PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then
by self-introductions of all those in attendance.

*Meeting Minutes*
Minutes for the September meeting were successfully emailed. A motion was
made by N2JUN and seconded by K2DSV to accept them.

*Treasurer’s Report*
Treasurer’s report as given by Dan KC2YRC.
Opening Balance - $XXXX91
Income -   50/50 - $XX,, Dues $XX (WA2SBS)
Deposit - $XX.00
Disbursements -  $XX.00 Bank Service Fee
Closing Balance - $ XXXX.91 –  so we are $XXXX.59 “ahead” compared  to last
year. A motion was made by W2OIL and seconded by K2DSV to accept the
Treasurer's Report. This was approved by the membership.

*Correspondence*
None

*Technical Report*
Repeater “status quo” remains unchanged. All is operating normally. Changes
may happen to the All Star software in the coming Spring to improve it
performance.

*Old Business* – Members were reminded to send in their ballots for the
Hudson Division Director election.  A short recap of Mike Lysenco’s NY2BB
visit was made. Ria Jiaram N2RJ was supposed to attend the meeting but
bowed out due to impending bad weather.

The club Christmas Party will be on Friday, December 7th at 7:00 PM – NO
November meeting.

*New Business* –  JOTA – Jamboree On The Air will be taking place on
Saturday, October 20th. NPARC will be up at the Watchung Reservation and
SPARC will be at Putnam Park in South Plainfield.

*Adjournment*
The meeting was adjourned at 9:52 PM  Motioned by N2JUN and WB2HKK
50/50 was won by Chris KC2PI and 100% was donated back to the club.
