[ETS/PARC List] Western Electric T-T Pad

I have an OLD Western Electric 35Y3D Touch-Tone Pad I used to use for Ham
Radio.



I built a small interface board with a cap and pot on it.



I have lost the diagram on how to wire it. I know it was a simple power
connection and audio out. 



I've been searching the Internet for the info. I DO have the schematic of
the pad.



Does anyone have more information?
