Subject: It's Time For Weekend Update Hudson Division Style

First I’d like to wish all celebrating this week a very Happy New
Year, Shanah Tovah.

Look for the ARRL at the World Maker Faire this weekend.  We will have a
presence at the Hall of Science ARC/Garden School ARC booth, just to the
left of the main entrance.

This event is huge, with well over 100,000 attending the show over the
two days.  The League will be represented by myself, C.E.O. Tom
Gallagher NY2RF, ARRL Marketing Manager Bob Inderbitzen NQ1R, NLI
Section Manager Jim Mezey W2KFV, and NNJ Section Manager Rob Roschewsk
KA2PBT.  The kids from the Garden School will be welcoming visitors who
will be making Morse Code key/sounder kits provided by the ARRL.

Many of us believe that the future of Amateur Radio is to be found in
the youngsters involved in the Maker movement.  Come on out to the Faire
at the Hall of Science this weekend.  For information about the event
