I want to congratulate Drew Moore (W2OU) and Gerry Miller Jr. (AA2ZJ)
for their efforts on behalf of the ARRL VE program.  They are being
recognized for their VE work by being included on the VE Volunteers
Honor Roll - See Page 105 of the March QST

Also, This weekend (March 4-5) will be the ARRL DX- Phone Contest. Get
on the Air - Have some fun, and maybe get a new DX country for your
log.

Again, I ask all of you to consider volunteering for positions in your
clubs, or for the section.  I am looking for a Section Youth
Coordinator, a Technical Coordinator, Government Liaisons (Local &
