[ETS/PARC List] 160m amplifier

I'm looking for an Hf amplifier that will run in the Top band. Even a "project" amp could work.
I got installed an inverted L antenna for 160m and last night DX's conditions were great, I copy UR0MC and a couple of G3 station in CW but with just 100w couldn't make it!, unlikely my SB-220 doesn't have 160m and I'm still thinking about do the mod to get some power in 1,8mhz from it.
