> CE0Z - Juan Fernandez -
> DF8AN, Michael, is expected to begin his operation from Robinson
> Crusoe Island, CE0Z, part of the Juan Fernandez entity, shortly, with
> CE0Z/DF8AN scheduled for February 21-24. The previous stop was Easter
> Island, CE0Y/DF8AN. Michael's adventure started with his arrival in
> Chile February 9. His departure is February 27. Mike prefers CW and
> the digital modes RTTY, PSK and MFSK. He is favoring those because he
> feels these entities have been available over the years much more on
> SSB, so that demand is more taken care of. His setup is 100 watts and
> longwire antennas. QSL to DF8AN via the bureau or direct. eQSL will
> come "very late," when he gets to it. Mike likes the old fashioned
> way (in the best sense), real cards in hand. He will not use LoTW
> this time.
>
> With the ARRL DX CW behind us now, traveling operators are focusing on
> the next big one, the "ARRL International DX Contest, Phone," March 4-
> 5. We will continue to update you on planned operations. Here are a
> few.
>
> TI - Costa Rica -
> TI5M in Costa Rica will be a multi-two with these ops: TI2JCY,
> TI2KAC, TI2LCO, TI4ZM, W4BW, W4KTR and W4XO. QSL via TI2KAC, direct
> or bureau. The individual operators will be active before the big
> event signing TI5/ with their home callsign. They plan to be active
> on 160-10.
>
> P4 - Aruba -
> P40P will be single op all band by W5AJ in the ARRL SSB weekend.
> Robert prefers you use LoTW for confirmation.
>
> VP5 - Turks and Caicos Islands -
> VP5H will make Turks and Caicos workable in the ARRL SSB. For a QSL,
> send to W0GJ, Glenn Johnson, who will be the operator.
>
> C3 - Andorra -
> C37NL from Andorra will be in the ARRL SSB. A multi-two, the
> operators will be from the "URA Contest Team." QSL via C37URA.
>
> FG - Guadeloupe -
> The 425 DX News reports that FG/F6HMQ, Gildas; and FG/F6GWM, Michel;
> will have Guadeloupe Island on the air February 14-March 13. TO3Z
> will be their call in the ARRL DX SSB Contest.
>
> CE9/KC4 - Antarctica -
> FT3YL is now active from the Dumont d'Urville French Antarctic Base on
> Terre Adelie. Operator Francois, F4HLT, is on 20, 15 and 10 meters
> with a GPA30 antenna on the roof of the building where he works.
> Antennas can be challenging with winds as high as 160 kmh a couple
> nights ago. He has only been on the JT65 digital mode so far and has
> made just 50 QSOs. They have been with JA, VK, ZL, BY, UA0 and W/K.
> He has been heard in UA3. He expects to get on PSK31 and SSB soon.
> The times he is most likely on the air are between 09-11Z, just after
> his work day. His log will be on Club Log. OQRS QSLing will be
> available in a few weeks. LoTW will be set up within a few weeks too.
> He asks you not ask for skeds; he will be there a year.
>

> Z81D is the callsign for YI1DZ, Diya. He says after the last war in
> Juba, July, 2016, he removed all the antennas and stopped his
> activity. He is setting up in a new location now but has limited
> space for his tower. First, he needs to renew his license but then
