[ETS/PARC List] What You'll See and When During the Rare Solar Eclipse on August 21st

As an old astronomy buff and I think Pete KD2ARB, who is more experienced
than I, would agree ..... DO NOT try to view the eclipse directly !  I know
there are places out there offering "eclipse glasses".  Don't risk your
retinas on something you're not sure of.  The only safe way to directly
view a solar eclipse is through something on the order of welder's glass.
Otherwise, the best method is to view it by projection.  It's super easy to
do and that's how I viewed the '72 partial eclipse.

Remember, your eyesight is too valuable to risk it on viewing devices that
you're not sure of.
