Good Day –
We have received a substantial response to our call for action
regarding jamming and jammers. Unfortunately, much of what we’re
receiving is NOT what we asked for or need.
We are developing a comprehensive log using the format found on the
Hudson Division website:
http://hudson.arrl.org
Click on the “End Hudson Jamming” link at the top of the home
page.
What we have mostly been receiving are text comments which, while
important as background, are not helpful to us in developing the
aforementioned log. Please do not send us a diatribe. While we all
truly share your pain, unless it was specifically asked for it is not
useful at this time.
Once again I ask that the membership help us by reporting incidents of
malicious interference USING THE FORM, and to please do so each and
every time you hear malicious interference on any VHF and/or UHF
frequency, be it an Amateur frequency or some other licensed service
frequency.
Thank you.
Any direct mail regarding this issue should be sent to
