operating


This is a new bill, proposed in the NJ Assembly that could 
literally ''kill'' amateur radio mobile operating.  We could be fined for 
picking up a hand mic and talking on a repeater if caught and the broad language 
is so dangerously written as to allow law enforcement much too much 
freedom of interpretation!
