Alleged jammer Daniel Delise has been arrested. He has
been heard on the local repeaters using pirated callsigns such as W2BBW 
and
KB2HZE.


While the primary charge was drug related, I heard there
was an additional charge  NY State PL 140.40 00, Unlawful Posession of
Radio Devices.


Bond was set at $21,000 and does not appear to have been
posted, so presumably he is a guest at Rikers Island for the time
being.
