[ETS/PARC List] Picnic

We have been discussing the planning of the Picnic for two months now and addressed it at two business meetings. 3 emails have been sent out in an attempt to get confirmations from the membership. In addition other clubs have been invited. 

It's unfair to the planners at this point to  now say "I thinking of going to Dayton". 

That's my two cents. If this had been brought up planning could have been adjusted.
