At last night's ETSNJ Business meeting the President of ETSNJ, Jeff Lih, 
N2VHV, announced that due to health concerns he is stepping down from 
his office. Jeff is a fine leader and we thank him for the time and 
concern he has devoted to all members and club activities. Jeff will 
remain a member and will continue to be NCS of the Wednesday night ETSNJ 
Information net. Please thank Jeff for his service. He stepped up when 
there were few willing to accept this responsible role.

A special election will be scheduled at a future date to fill the vacant 
position. Until then Dave Vadney, W2OIL, Larry Makoski, W2LJ and Victor 
Pennetta, K2NBC will continue to pilot the club as we move forward.
