I apologize if this is a duplicate. I sent this out last night, and have not seen it pop into my own e-mail box, so I am sending it again:
Minutes for the Meeting on April 24th, 2015 Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)
The Meeting was called to order by Vice President Dave Vadney W2OIL at 8:10 PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then by self-introductions of all those in attendance.  
Meeting MinutesThe March minutes were successfully e-mailed to all members. With that in mind, a motion was made by Walter W2WIQ and Len WB2HKK to suspend the reading and the minutes were accepted as published.
Treasurer’s ReportTreasurer’s report as given by Vic K2NBC.Opening Balance - $XXXX.92Income -   50/50 $XX winnings donated back, $XX.00 Coffee Kitty, $XX DuesDeposit - $XX.00  Regular Disbursements - $XX.20 March Verizon,Closing Balance - $XXXX.72 –  so we are $XX.31 “behind” compared  to the balance from same time last year.A motion was made by W2WIQ and seconded by W2LJ to accept the Treasurer’s Report. By unanimous vote the report was accepted.
CorrespondenceApplication for Membership was tendered by Mark Levitt WA2ZJZ.

Technical ReportRich KB2LLM reported the 220 Amplifier was installed and worked for five days before failing. It turned out to be the fault of the circuit breaker in the power supply.  At the mention of this, Marv K2VHW announced that he was given a commercial grade power supply that he was donating to the club.  Rich and Len also performed an extensive tune up on the repeater, replacing bad connectors and bad diodes. Rich announced plans that in the near future he wants to pull the 2 Meter repeater off the air in order to re-tune the duplexer and work on the All Star system. Rich also spoke of the possibility of installing a voting receiver on the Somerset County tower in Martinsville.For the record, the Technical Committee now consists of Rich KB2LLM, Walter W2WIQ, Pete KD2ARB and Len WB2HKK.
CommitteesMembership – Appplication of Mark WA2ZJZ was read and approved unanimously by the membership.Picnic – Picnic is June 7th. Time to get your money in to Vic K2NBC and help Dave and Dan the morning of.
Old BusinessDave W2OIL had a new batch of QSL cards made up.
New BusinessMembership was discussed. Membership now consists of about 30 paying members and 6 associates. Membership roles lists 72. E-mails will be going out to delinquent members to inquire of they want to remain active or not.
Marv K2VHW, President of the South Plainfield Amateru Radio Club gave a re-cap of SPARC's Rookie Roundup entry and issued a general invitation for ETS members to come and operate Field Day at Spring Lake Park in June.
Health and WelfareJeff N2VHV is experiencing some leg problems, and Don K2DSV is not feeling well.
Good of the ClubRich KB2LLM is going to bring someone in to give a presentation on setting up trusts.
AdjournmentA motion was made to adjourn the meeting by W2WIQ and was seconded by W2OU. The meeting was adjourned at 9:21. PM.
