[ETS/PARC List] Balloon Project presentation at the ETSNJ arch 27th Business meeting

Members,

Mike Terruso, KD2HDW, will be our guest speaker at the March 27, 2015 ETSNJ
Business Meeting.

The intent of his presentation is to engage as many HAM's as possible in
tracking a high altitude balloon payload.  Both mobile and base station
tracking if possible but at a minimum base station tracking. 

The presentation will highlight the payload and equipment used during the
flight as well as photos from the last launch in 2014. In addition I will
cover safety and FAA regulations.  I will basically explain the entire
flight from planning to execution to recovery.  I will also open the project
up to whoever wishes to assist in any part of the project.

I am sure with all of the technical minds in the room some new ideas may
come up which can be incorporated into the project.
