[ETS/PARC List] 2015 Field Day with SPARC

Hello ETSNJ members,

This weekend from 2pm Saturday afternoon until 2pm Sunday afternoon the 
South Plainfield Amateur Radio Club ,NJ2SP, will be participating in one 
of the ARRL's biggest on the air operating events, Field Day.

Field Day is an event where amateur radio operators in the United States 
demonstrate how they can set up and operate in a public place under 
emergency situations. Hams  work each other. They used equipment to work 
each other on different bands and modes (AM, FM, SSB, CW, and as many 
Digital modes as possible).

Come out and learn how to operate in the field and have fun at the same 
time.

We will be in Spring Lake Park in South Plainfield, NJ. The park is near 
the intersection of Maple Ave. and Plainfield Ave. we will be 100-200' 
West of the Gazebo.

If you haven't made plans for this year's event consider joining SPARC 
in the park.
