[ETS/PARC List] June Meeting

Just a reminder this Friday 6/26/2015 is the K2ETS meeting....... 

As far as I know there is no presentations scheduled .... 

But field day is this weekend...... 

SPARC 
South Plainfielld Amateur Radio Club is holding a field day at Spring Lake 
in South Plainfield....... 
More info will be available at the meeting so everyone try to attend the meeting 
or you can contact Larry W2LJ or Marv K2VHW...... 

We know Larry will be at the meeting so he will have info to relay........ 

Also anyone attending the last meeting or have read the meeting minutes that were posted all ready 
Knows that Jeff N2VHV had to resign from the presidency of K2ETS for health reasons...... 

First I would like to thank Jeff for all that he has done for the club.....past present and future.....

According to the bylaws 
Article 2 Section 2 

Vacancies in a office occurring between elections, other than the presidency shall be filled by a special 
election held at the first meeting following the occurrence. Vacancy in the office of president shall be filled 
automatically by the vice president. All members , if possible, be notified by mail prior to special elections. 

We need to have a vacancy filled..... 
If anyone is interested you can contact me before the meeting in a email....or talk to me at the meeting..... 
or after the meeting at a later date.......and we can discuss this topic......
