[ETS/PARC List] Field Day invitation

Good Morning All, All ETS of NJ and RVRC members are cordially invited to Field Day! (June 27th and 28th) The South Plainfield Amateur Radio Club will once again be operating from Spring Lake Park on Plainfield Avenue in South Plainfield.  This year, we will not be operating from the gazebo, but from the grassy area close to Plainfield Avenue - the very front of the park. We will be operating 3A battery - with SSB, CW and Digital stations as well as a GOTA (Get On The Air) station. So if you have a son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, niece, nephew or some youngster that you've been dying to introduce to Amateur Radio, this may be your perfect opportunity. We will be at the park bright and early for setup, and Field Day proper begins at 2:00 PM on Saturday and runs all the way to 2:00 PM on Sunday. There will be ample opportunity for anyone to come down and sit behind mic, key or keyboard and make Field Day contacts.
