Minutes for the Meeting on June 26th, 2015Electronic Technology Society of New Jersey (ETS of NJ)
The Meeting was called to order by President Dave Vadney W2OIL at 8:07 PM.  This was followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and then by self-introductions of all those in attendance.  
Meeting MinutesThe May minutes were successfully e-mailed to all members. With that in mind, a motion was made by Mike N2JUN and Len WB2HKK to suspend the reading and the minutes were accepted as published.
Treasurer’s ReportTreasurer’s report as given by Vic K2NBC.Opening Balance - $XXXX.54Income -   12 Picnic Tickets & 1 children's ticket, 1 membership dues, $XX from the 50/50 and $13 from the coffee donation cup.At the picnic there was $XXX from tickets, a $XX donation and one member paid their dues – post picnic deposit of $XXXDeposit - $XXX.50  Regular Disbursements - $XX.18 to Verizon,Closing Balance - $XXXX.86–  so we are $ .49 “behind” compared  to the balance from same time last year.In July our liability insurance is due and in August our equipment insurance.A motion was made by AB2VE and seconded by KB2DRL to accept the Treasurer’s Report. By unanimous vote the report was accepted.
CorrespondenceNoneTechnical ReportRich KB2LLM reported the 220 repeater is up and running, The Technical Committee has tuned up the duplexer. The band pass filter was removed, but needs to be re-installed. Len is to go back and double check the sensitivity of the receiver.There was some discussion about unlinking the 220 repeater from the All Star network. Len also reported that there have been problems with the Santiago board and he has been inquiring as to getting solutions.
Side discussion – using the repeater for public service events and getting the Clark CERT members more fully integrated into the ETS of NJ.
CommitteesPicnic – There were 32 attendees, 29 adults and 3 children. Total ticket sales were $XXX.50 and there was $XX.00 in misc income for a total of $XXX.50. The park rental fee was $XX.00 and $XXX.00 was spent on supplies and the door prize. A net profit of $XXX.50 was realized.

New BusinessRich KB2LLM mentioned that Santander Bank has a full time technical postion open. The application for Fred W2NNN was voted on and was accepted unanimously.Rich KB2LLM mentioned he had living trust seminar ticket for 7/11 and 7/16.
Health and WelfareWalter W2WIQ was not in attendance and is busy fixing his 2 Meter radio.
AdjournmentA motion was made to adjourn the meeting by K2NBC and was seconded by N2JUN. The meeting was adjourned at 9:25. PM.
