[ETS/PARC List] "IMPORTANT PLEASE READ" - June 8th ETS Picnic

As you all know our annual ETS picnic will take place this coming Sunday.  Dave and Dan have been putting a lot of time and effort to make this a good time for all.  Besides the good food and all of us getting together socially , they are planning to have one and maybe two HF stations up and running using the ETS call sign.  There also will be a raffle for a nice door prize.  They do need to have an accurate final head count.  This way they can determine the amount of food and other supplies they need. If you have not yet confirmed whether you are going or not going, PLEASE EMAIL ME!!

If anyone would like to volunteer some time to help setup before the picnic starts, please let Dave or Dan know.  Any help is welcome.
