Fall Club Auction When: Friday, October 25, 2013 Where: Roxbury Senior Center 72 Eyland Ave. Succasunna, NJ 07876 Time: Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and Auction starts at 8:00 p.m. Admission is $3.00 Door Prizes KJI Electronics will be there! Anyone can bring Ham radio items for consignment sale and should be there between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 pm. to check in their items for sale. All items sold on consignment will be subject to 10% of the sale price going to The Splitrock Amateur Radio Association. All Donations are very much appreciated and welcome. Anything that is brought to sell that is not sold must be carried home. Nothing can be left at the Civic Center. Food will be available at reasonable prices. AMATEUR EQUIPMENT AUCTION Buy/Sell Amateur Radio Equipment, Electronics and Computer Gear Oct. 25, 2013 AUCTION RULES All persons attending the Auction, must pay the $ 3.00 Admission Fee. Children under 16 years of age, admitted FREE with paid adult admission. A Bidder Number is required to Bid on Any Items. You will be given a Bidder Number when paying your Admission Fee. All Sellers will be provided numbered labels to mark your items for sale. Seller will mark up labels with Callsign and a Minimum Bid for the item. A 10% Sales Commission on the selling price of all items sold will be Collected, from the Seller of the item by the SPLITROCK AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION (SARA). All Items will be sold to the Highest Bidder. The Splitrock Amateur Radio Association (SARA) does not warrant any items sold and assumes no liability. The SPLITROCK AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION (SARA) will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged and reserves the right to limit quantities. Personal sales will not be permitted until after the close of the Auction. A list of buyer/sellers will be maintained by the SPLITROCK AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION (SARA) for 30 days after the auction. Sellers will be paid by Cash or Check after the SPLITROCK AMATEUR RADIO ASSOCIATION (SARA) receives payment from the Buyer. Buyers may be required to show proof of a current, valid Amateur Radio License for the purchase of transmitters and amplifiers. All buyer and seller transactions must be completed on the day of the auction. No equipment will be allowed off the auction premises without proof of ownership. No items will be left at the Auction site. All items, Sold or Unsold, must be removed from the premises by 11:00 PM on October 25, 2013. No guns or pornographic items will be displayed or sold.
