Unfortunately only one Officer of the club will be able to attend this
Fridays meeting. Additionally, I have been advised that several other
members would not be attending.

Accordingly, it has been decided by Tim, Victor and I to cancel this month's
meeting.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. I hope to see you at
the July meeting.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss.
