[ETS/PARC List] WHAT???? Forever Stamp In January

HI BOB,
THESE STAMPS HAVE BEEN OUT FOR SOMETIME.
BELIEVE OR NOT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET A QSL CARD FROM IRAN.
IF THE AIR MAIL LETTER HAS THE US FLAG STAMP OR ANY STAMP THAT LOOKS LIKE IT COMES FROM THE USA IT NEVER GETS TO THROUGH THEIR POST OFFICE.  I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF THOSE MUSLIM
STAMPS AND SENT FOR A COUPLE EP (IRAN)  QSL CARDS I WORKED WITH MY CALL K2DSV AND CLUB CALL K2ETS (PLUS THE GREEN STAMPS HIDDEN INSIDE THE RETURN ENVELOPE) WITHIN THREE WEEKS THE CARDS CAME IN.    SORRY I HAD TO LOWER MYSELF TO GET A QSL CARD.
