Below are the Meeting minutes for the past ETS meeting on 2-15-13

The combined Jan/Feb meeting was called to Order at the Clark Municipal
Building by Pres Joe W2OZO at
8:07 PM. We started with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.

Minutes of the last meeting were not read as Secretary Gene KC2WDZ was
unable to attend.

The minutes were not discussed as we did not have a quorum. Former
Secretary Jeff N2VHV took the minutes
for this meeting.

Treasurer’s Report - Victor, K2NBC stated that the current balance was
$X,XXX.03.

Correspondence – no correspondence.

Technical Report – Dan KC2YRC and Dave W2OIL reported that the 220 repeater
had the audio adjusted and
the UPS at the site not being quick enough to keep the computer from
crashing.

Old Business: The By Laws are being worked on bt Dennis W2IU and Ron WV2RJR.

Victor K2NBC reported on the Holiday party which actually saw a profit
after donations.

New Business: We discussed the dates for the ETS picnic that we are looking
to have in June.
We are asking Al W2DTP to get the permit from Scotch Plains.

50/50 was not run.

The meeting closed at 8:46 PM.

There are 13 names on the sign-in sheet. 12 are club members.
