Hello ETSNJ members,

I received a phone call last night and the resulting email below via our
website feedback form from KB6TGW. A ham from Glendale California.

Due the storm and the resulting aftermath, he says his father who is 85 yrs
old and living in Edison, NJ is in need of some help and D batteries for
light.

With the current state of things and living in Rockland Co. N.Y. Its
difficult for me to offer any help.

Any members in or around Edison willing to look into this request and see
if some assistance can be offered??

HELP! NEED D BATTERIES FOR MY DAD, 85, EDISON NJ !!
 I know this is a long shot, and i _have_ been looking online, but I have
to ask.
 My dad is an 85 year old doctor with no power living at 53 Holly Ct
Edison, NJ 08820-1069 . His wife writes me they desperately need D
batteries.
 Overnight shipping online seems to be hundred$$$ and cant promise delivery
until election day. So that's out.
 I have paypal, credit cards, checks. I realize gasoline is spendy too. I'm
willing to do whatever, but only through someone I trust who trusts the
others. Can you help? if rechangables batteries i prefer to buy a charger
too but im not fussy Thanks!! Stay Safe!!
