[ETS/PARC List] INPORTANT MESSAGE To ALL Members Regarding the ETS Annual Picnic

Fellow club members,

June 10th is almost here and that means our annual ETS picnic is just around the corner.  As you know Dave, W2OIL and Dan, KC2YRC are handling our family style barbeque this year.  Dave even volunteered to be our "chief" for the day and to roast a small suckling pig!  Dave, Dan, and their families have put a lot of thought, time, and effort into this picnic - but they really do need to know how many are attending.

So I have a small favor to ask each of our members:

 PLEASE email me back if you will or will not be attending.  Even if you registered on our website.  If attending I just need you to confirm the number in your party.  We did this last year and it worked out very well.  With graduations and other family commitments, everyone understands that June can be a tough and busy month for many so NO ONE will be mad at you if you cannot attend - all we are asking is to just let us know.

Looking forward to seeing many of you there.
