Meeting minutes for 05-25-12

The meeting was called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by Pres
Joe W2OZO
at  8:00 PM. We started with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
We started with all in attendance working on the club’s by-laws for the
first hour. At which time
 Joe had to leave and Vice President Tim AB2ZK took over.
Minutes of the last meeting were not read as Secretary Gene KC2WDZ was
unable to attend.
George W2VFW moved to accept the minutes, and was seconded by John
N2LGS.
Former Secretary Jeff N2VHV took the minutes for this meeting.
Treasurer’s Report - Victor, KC2NBC stated that the current balance was
$X,XXX.XX.
Accepted by John  N2LGS,  seconded by Ron N2KHN.
Correspondence – Victor mentioned about the upcoming RVRC hamfest.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported that all is well and that they
are still working on
All-star connectivity.
Old Business: Dave W2OIL reported that all is going well regarding the
picnic and that he needed $300.00 for expenses associated with the
picnic.
So moved by John N2LGS,  seconded by Drew W2OU.
New Business: New members Kevin KD2BXF, and Ed KD2CFI were voted in as
members.
. Health and Welfare –No report
50/50 – $16.00 Was won by Don K2DSV.
A  motion to adjourn was made by George W2VFW  and  seconded by Ron
N2KHN.
The meeting closed at 9:32 PM.
There are 17 names on the sign-in sheet. 17 are club members.
