[ETS/PARC List] Update to ETS Picnic This Sunday

Hello Club Members,

While I was at the BARA hamfest last Sunday I picked up the two (2) 2-meter/440 HTs from Gene, KJI that we will have as door prizes at the picnic.  Although the picnic starts at 11:am, we do have and encourage any member to come early (any time from 7am on) and help with putting on table cloths, stringing up antennas, setting up an HF station, moving a few tables around, or just sweeping the grounds.  If you can even bring your own rig and antenna if you would like.  Anyone who can come early with an extra broom would be greatly appreciated.  If you live nearby you can come early to help out for a little while and then come back later for the picnic.

Since we do provide coffee and donuts to our early helpers, I would like an email from anyone who plans to be there early and at what time so we know how much coffee and donuts we need.
