[ETS/PARC List] NCO Script and k2ets.com updates

Hope the new year is starting out great for everyone.

The updated Net Control Operators script has been uploaded to the "members
only" area of the www.K2ETS.com website.

There has also been a few more updates to the website. Including a new help
web page for setting up and using the All Star Link Web-Transceiver and The
Telephone Portal.

Just click the "All Star Link Network Info & Help" on the left hand side
menu bar.
