Meeting minutes for 07-27-12

-The meeting was called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by Vice
Pres Tim AB2ZK at 8:05 PM. Pres. Joe W20ZO was unable to attend.

-We started with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.

-Minutes of the last meeting were not read and held over till next meeting.

Treasurer’s Report - Victor, KC2NBC stated that the current balance was
$X,XXX.90.
Accepted by Jeff  N2VHV,  seconded by Walter W2WIQ.

Correspondence – None

Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported that the 220 machine is off air and
hopefully will be back on-air this coming weekend. All Star connectivity on
the 2m machine is still being worked on. W2WIQ is working on building a
circuit for this, it was stated he will be financially compensated for his
work. Dollar amount to be decided at a later time.

Old Business: Discussion of updating the club bylaws was held off till next
meeting. N2VHV still trying to get in contact with K2ITT to present a
special program at an upcoming meeting.

New Business: Dennis W2IU brought to discussion the  possibility of using
the Clark Co. OEM radio room for the 2013 field day event. Drew W2OU
presented a shirt and hat sample with ETS insignia. There was a discussion
on colors and logo placement. KC2WDZ to put pictures of the samples on the
ETS website so members can provide feedback.

Health and Welfare –No report

50/50 – $22.00 Was won by Walter W2WIQ.

A  motion to adjourn was made by Jeff N2VHV and  seconded by Walter W2WIQ.

The meeting closed at 9:00 PM.

There are 19 names on the sign-in sheet. 19 are club members.
