[ETS/PARC List] meeting 4/27

Note: Ongoing construction in the front of the Clark municipal building may prevent you from entering the normal way.
           You may have to go around the building the opposite way to get to the meeting site. If you know of any one 
            else that is not going to get this because they are not on the mailing list, please be kind enough to get the word 
            out to them. Hope to have a good turn out at the meeting.
