[ETS/PARC List] ETS Annual Picnic

To all ETS club members,

The date for our annual picnic is FAST APPROACHING and as of today I feel that we do not have enough people confirmed and paid to make this event happen!  As was requested last year "EVERYONE" please email me back to confirm whether you are attending (with the number in your party) or to just let me know that you cannot join us. I promise that we will not send out a hit man to your home or confiscate all your HF gear and sell it on Ebay if you cannot attend. There is a lot of work involved putting this all together plus ordering the proper amount of food and supplies for everyone.  Sorry to be so blunt but now is the time to S_ _ _ T or get off the pot. Hoping to hear back from everyone ATTENDING OR NOT by this Friday so we can work out the final details at our last meeting before the picnic.
