Minutes from Sept 24:
The meeting  was called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by 
Vice President Tim  AB2ZK at 8:00 PM, starting with the Pledge of 
Allegiance and roll call.  
Jeff N2VHV, read the minutes of last meeting. Walter, W2WIQ moved 
to  accept, seconded by Dennis, W2IU.
Treasurer’s Report - Victor, KC2NBC stated  that the current balance 
was $x,xxx.88.Accepted by Harvin, K2CPA and  seconded by Walter, W2WIQ.
Correspondence - No correspondence was reported.  
Technical Report – Rich, KB2LLM reported that the site had been cleaned up  
and that he was pleased with the way that the Wednesday night net was going 
 
using the Asterisk system control.
Old Business – Regarding the picnic  Walter, W2WIQ stated that all went 
well. 
Victor mentioned that the picnic’s  net cost to the club was $180.00. 
Victor also mentioned that the club’s equipment inventory for insurance  
purposes 
was complete.
Jeff N2VHV brought up that we really did not have much  money in the 
treasury 
and motioned that we bypass the annual holiday party  this year. George 
W2VFW 
seconded it and we voted. No party this year.
New Business – George  W2VFW brought up the point that he feels that there 
are 
too many  announcements on the repeater. This led into a general discussion 
and 
the  implications vis-à-vis our involvement with asterisk – no action taken.
50/50  – Harwin W2CPA won $29.00 – he donated $27.00 back to the club
A motion to  adjourn was made by Walter, W2WIQ and was seconded by Ron, 
N2KHN.Meeting  closed at 9:07 PM.
There are 19 names on the sign-in sheet. All 19 are club  members.
